  • 1 lb lean ground beef or turkey
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and prick the potatoes with a fork; bake directly on the rack for 45-60 minutes until tender.
