  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
  • 2 cans (16.3 oz each) refrigerated flaky biscuit dough
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan with nonstick spray or butter.
  2. Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 6-8 minutes per side until golden brown; let cool and chop.
  3. Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and mix with chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, and half of the mozzarella cheese in a large bowl.
  4. Layer the mixture into the bundt pan, topping with remaining mozzarella and any leftover biscuit pieces.
