  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp ground coriander
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup sour cream (full-fat)
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken thighs and coat well. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken thighs without crowding the pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together sour cream, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Allow cooked chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain into strips.
  5. Serve sliced chicken in wraps or on plates with creamy garlic sauce drizzled on top and garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro.
