- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced against the grain
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce (divided)
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Marinate the sliced beef in 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic, and ginger for 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add marinated beef and stir-fry for about 3 minutes until browned.
- Remove the beef from the pan. In the same pan, add broccoli florets and sauté for 3 minutes until bright green.
- Add additional garlic and ginger to the broccoli; stir-fry until fragrant.
- Return the beef to the pan along with oyster sauce and remaining soy sauce. Stir well and let simmer for 2 minutes.
- If desired, mix more cornstarch with water for a thicker sauce and add to the pan until bubbly.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
