  • 30g unsweetened cocoa powder (for dusting)
  • 50g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over a double boiler until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  3. Crush the digestive biscuits into small pieces and fold them along with the chopped nuts into the chocolate mixture.
  4. Spoon the mixture onto plastic wrap, shape it into a log, and wrap tightly.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to firm up.
  6. Unwrap, roll in cocoa powder, and slice to serve.
