- 1 cup plump raisins
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp honey or sugar
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, flour, baking powder, salt, honey, cinnamon, and raisins until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough gently on a floured surface for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 6-8 equal portions; roll each into a ball and poke a hole in the center to shape into bagels.
- Boil water in a large pot; add a pinch of salt. Boil bagels for about 1 minute on each side.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place boiled bagels on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let them cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serve warm.
