  • 3 cups cooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts (diced)
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp dried Italian herbs (basil, oregano, thyme)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente; drain and toss with olive oil.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté diced chicken in olive oil until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Lower heat, add heavy cream and chicken broth to the skillet; stir in garlic powder and herbs.
  5. Combine cooked spaghetti with sauce and half the cheese; mix well.
  6. Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
