  • 1 pound lean ground beef (80/20)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the rigatoni until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté diced onions until translucent (about 5 minutes). Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
