  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (1 oz)
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10 inches)
  • 1 cup tortilla chips, crushed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Hot sauce to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning and water according to package instructions; mix well.
  3. On each tortilla, layer seasoned beef, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, crushed chips, sour cream, and hot sauce.
  4. Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center to enclose the filling securely.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the folded crunchwrap seam-side down and cook for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Flip carefully and cook for another 3 minutes until both sides are crispy.
  7. Let cool slightly before slicing in half and serve with additional sour cream or guacamole.
