Description

Deep Fried S’Mores are the ultimate indulgent treat that combines the nostalgic flavors of traditional s’mores with a crispy, golden batter. These delightful bites feature gooey marshmallows and rich chocolate sandwiched between graham crackers, all fried to perfection for a crunchy exterior. Perfect for summer gatherings or cozy nights in, this easy-to-make dessert will transport you back to childhood campfire memories with every bite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 standard-sized graham crackers
  • 4 large marshmallows
  • 2 milk chocolate bars (1.55 oz each)
  • 1 cup pancake batter (store-bought or homemade)
  • Vegetable oil for frying (enough to fill the pot halfway)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your frying station by heating vegetable oil in a deep pot to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Assemble the s'mores by stacking two graham cracker halves with a marshmallow and a piece of chocolate in between, topped with another cracker half.
  3. Dip each s'more into pancake batter until fully coated, allowing excess batter to drip off.
  4. Carefully place battered s'mores into the hot oil, frying for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
  5. Remove from oil using tongs and drain on paper towels before serving warm.
