  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika (for garnish)
  • 6 olives or peas (for eyes)

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs: Place eggs in a pot covered with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, cover, then remove from heat and let sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Cool and peel: Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5-10 minutes. Peel under running water for ease.
