  • 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add the seasoned steak and sear for about 3 minutes per side until browned.
  3. Add the minced garlic and Cajun seasoning to the skillet, stirring for about one minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer for around three minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet, coating it with the sauce. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
