Scale
  • 8 oz fettuccine or spaghetti
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Season the steak with salt and pepper; let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
