  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup melted semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups powdered sugar (for frosting)
  • ¼ cup whole milk (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Gradually fold in dry ingredients along with melted chocolate chips until just mixed.
  6. In a small bowl, blend peanut butter with powdered sugar; swirl into the batter.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are firm but center is slightly gooey.
