  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 (14.5 oz) cans diced tomatoes with juices
  • 2 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 2 tsp paprika (sweet or smoked)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.
