Description

Grilled Peach Burrata Salad is a summer favorite that perfectly balances the sweetness of caramelized peaches with the creamy richness of burrata cheese. Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 4 cups fresh arugula
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat (350°F/175°C).
  2. Brush peach halves with olive oil and place them cut-side down on the grill. Grill for 3-4 minutes until caramelized.
  3. In a large serving bowl, create a bed of fresh arugula.
  4. Tear the burrata and place it on top of the arugula, adding grilled peaches around it.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper.
