  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 cup long grain white rice
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, egg, soy sauce, and honey until just combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
