  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 fresh jalapeños, minced (seeds removed for less heat)
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced jalapeños, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and lime juice until well combined.
  2. Place the ribs in a zip-top bag or dish, pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are fully coated. Marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F). Remove ribs from marinade and let excess drip off.
  4. Grill ribs bone-side down for about 5 minutes on each side until charred.
  5. Baste with reserved marinade every few minutes while grilling for an additional 20-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 190°F.
