  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together hot honey, soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish or zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
