- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz pepperoni slices
- 1 cup chopped bell peppers
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cups zucchini noodles (zoodles)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef with half of the pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, and onion powder.
- Layer half of the zoodles in the greased baking dish, followed by half of the meat mixture and half of both cheeses. Repeat layers.
- Top with remaining pizza sauce and pepperoni slices.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
