Description

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cups zucchini noodles (zoodles)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef with half of the pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, and onion powder.
  4. Layer half of the zoodles in the greased baking dish, followed by half of the meat mixture and half of both cheeses. Repeat layers.
  5. Top with remaining pizza sauce and pepperoni slices.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
