  • 2 cups Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp butter, cubed
  • Egg wash (optional): 1 egg mixed with 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  2. Roll out the pie crust to about 1/8 inch thick and cut circles to fit each muffin cup.
