- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil salted water in a large pot and cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes).
- While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

- Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.
- Combine drained spaghetti with the mushroom mixture in the skillet. Gradually add reserved pasta water until desired creaminess is achieved.
