  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • 1 cup strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Mix with melted butter and press into a pie pan.
  2. Bake the crust for 10 minutes until set. Cool completely on a wire rack.
  3. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract while mixing until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped topping until airy.
  5. Pour the filling into the cooled crust, smoothing it evenly. Decorate with sliced strawberries on one side and blueberries on the other to create a flag design.
