  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto lined baking sheets, spacing them apart.
  7. Sprinkle each cookie with cinnamon sugar before baking.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden and centers are slightly underbaked.
  9. Cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
