Description

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (100% pure)
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, and cinnamon until smooth.
  4. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the filling onto the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the tip, sealing edges to contain the filling.
  6. Place rolled crescents on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar.
