  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping (store-bought or homemade)
  • Red and blue gel food coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Combine with melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press into mini pie tins and bake for 8 minutes. Let cool.
  2. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing until creamy.
  3. Divide the mixture into three bowls: leave one plain white, color one red, and another blue with gel food coloring.
  4. Spoon the white filling into each cooled crust halfway. Add red filling to some pies and blue filling to others.
  5. Top with whipped cream before chilling in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
