- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for cooking)

Instructions
- Slice beef flank steak against the grain into thin strips; chop broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine sliced beef with soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and brown sugar; marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain and rinse under cold water.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; cook marinated beef in batches until browned (about 5 minutes). Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch mixture, and remaining marinade; cook until bubbling (about 2 minutes).
- Add cooked beef and blanched broccoli to the skillet; stir to coat in sauce and heat through for another 2 minutes.
- Serve over steamed rice or noodles; garnish with sesame seeds.
