- 2 lbs pork ribs (baby back or spare)
- 1 cup Dr Pepper soda
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Pat the pork ribs dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour half a cup of Dr Pepper into the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Place the seasoned ribs upright in the slow cooker.
- Pour the remaining Dr Pepper over the ribs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours until tender.
- Preheat the oven broiler. Transfer cooked ribs to a lined baking sheet and brush with BBQ sauce on both sides.
- Broil for about 5 minutes until bubbly and slightly charred.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
