  • 4 hot dogs, chopped
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) fire-roasted diced tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion and chop the green bell pepper.
  2. In a slow cooker, combine the chopped hot dogs, diced onion, bell pepper, kidney beans, black beans, and fire-roasted tomatoes.
  3. Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; stir well to mix all ingredients.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours until heated through.
