  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 320°F (160°C). Line and grease a round cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition.
  4. Mix in heavy cream, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Gently fold in sifted flour until just combined.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and place in a larger baking dish filled halfway with hot water.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  8. Allow to cool completely before refrigerating for at least four hours before slicing.
