  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, torn into pieces
  • 4 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp hot honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it's about 12 inches in diameter and transfer it to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with garlic powder and salt. Spread evenly over the rolled-out dough.
