  • 4 fresh croissants
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp smooth Dijon mustard
  • 4 large eggs
  • 6 slices bacon or sausage (or 3 of each)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or gouda cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook bacon or sausage in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Set aside on paper towels.
  3. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper; scramble in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until just set.
  4. In a small bowl, mix maple syrup and Dijon mustard to taste.
