Description

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whole milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease mini cake pans or line them with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy (about 5 minutes).
  4. Gently fold in melted butter and vanilla extract into the egg mixture.
  5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients alternating with milk until just combined.
  6. Pour batter into prepared pans and bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
