Description

Nutter Butter Pie is a creamy, indulgent dessert with a crunchy cookie crust that will delight any peanut butter lover. Perfect for gatherings, it’s sure to impress your guests.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Nutter Butter cookies (finely crushed)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Crush Nutter Butter cookies in a zip-top bag using a rolling pin until fine crumbs form.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed cookies and melted butter; press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar while mixing until well blended.
  4. Gently fold in whipped topping until fully combined and fluffy.
  5. Pour the filling into the cookie crust and spread evenly with a spatula.
  6. Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight to set.
