Description

Indulge in this creamy, comforting One Pot Chicken Alfredo Pasta, perfect for quick weeknight meals or special dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients. Dice the chicken and mince the garlic.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the seasoned chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in minced garlic during the last minute of cooking until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, scraping any bits from the bottom of the pot; stir to combine and let simmer gently.
  5. Add uncooked pasta, ensuring it's submerged in liquid. Cover and cook according to package instructions (usually 10-12 minutes).
  6. Once cooked, remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan until melted. Adjust seasoning as necessary and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
