  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas, kidney beans, and green beans under cold water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chickpeas, kidney beans, and green beans.
  3. Add the finely chopped red onion and parsley; gently fold to mix.
