Ingredients

  • Fresh Lemons
  • Dried Culinary Lavender
  • Sugar (or honey)
  • Water
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions

  1. Boil 2 cups of water and steep 2 tablespoons of dried culinary lavender for 15 minutes.
  2. Juice 6 fresh lemons to yield 1 cup of lemon juice, straining out seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix lemon juice with 1 cup of sugar until dissolved.
  4. Strain the lavender infusion into the lemon-sugar mixture and add 4 cups of cold water.
  5. Serve over ice, garnished with lemon slices and lavender sprigs.
