  • 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste; honey can be used as an alternative)
  • 3 cups ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the peaches into chunks.
  2. Squeeze the lemons to obtain 1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice.
  3. In a blender, combine chopped peaches, lemon juice, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
  4. Add ice in batches and blend again until slushy.
  5. For extra freshness, add mint leaves and blend once more.
