  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked and juices run clear. Let rest before slicing.
  3. While chicken cooks, wash and chop romaine lettuce and halve cherry tomatoes.
  4. Lay tortillas flat. Layer sliced chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan on each tortilla.
  5. Roll tortillas tightly, tucking in sides to secure fillings.
