Ingredients

  • 12 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente (10-12 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and Cajun seasoning and sear for 4-5 minutes per side until browned. Remove and let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic and sliced green onions for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Lower heat and add heavy cream, stirring constantly. Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Fold in cooked rigatoni and sliced steak, tossing gently to coat.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
