Ingredients

  • Ground Beef (80/20)
  • Green Onions
  • Garlic
  • Soy Sauce (low-sodium)
  • Sesame Oil
  • Panko Breadcrumbs
  • Egg
  • Mayonnaise
  • Sriracha Sauce
  • Lime Juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper, and egg until well mixed.
  3. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. While baking, mix mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, and lime juice in a small bowl until smooth for the spicy mayo dip.
