Description

Ingredients

  • Italian sausages (mild or spicy)
  • Bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
  • Sweet onion
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Dried oregano
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
  3. Slice the sausages and arrange them on one side of the baking sheet. Add chopped bell peppers and onion on the other side.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over all ingredients and season with garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to combine.
  5. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes until sausages are browned and vegetables are tender.
