  • 4 soft sub rolls
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into golf-ball-sized meatballs.
