- 1 cup low-sodium beef broth

- 3 cups frozen tater tots
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the diced onions and carrots until softened (about 5 minutes).
- Add ground beef, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce; cook until browned (7-10 minutes).
- Stir in beef broth and frozen peas; let simmer for a few minutes.
- Spread the meat mixture evenly in the baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Arrange tater tots on top and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
