  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Fold in the cooked pasta, chopped dill pickles, red onion, and fresh dill until everything is well coated.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
