  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar and ketchup.
  4. Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place it in the baking dish; brush half of the balsamic glaze on top.
  5. Bake for 60–70 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C), brushing with more glaze halfway through.
