  • 1 cup long-grain white rice (cooked)
  • 1 medium yellow onion (diced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 can (15 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by washing and chopping the bell peppers. Dice the onion and mince the garlic while cooking the rice according to package instructions.
