  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 8 oz farfalle or penne pasta
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese blend
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat; sauté chicken until golden brown (7-10 minutes).
  3. Boil water in a large pot; cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain but do not rinse.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine pasta, sautéed chicken, Alfredo sauce, half of the cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until well coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
