- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 8 oz farfalle or penne pasta
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese blend
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat; sauté chicken until golden brown (7-10 minutes).
- Boil water in a large pot; cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain but do not rinse.
- In a mixing bowl, combine pasta, sautéed chicken, Alfredo sauce, half of the cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until well coated.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
