  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook diced bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add cubed chicken breasts; season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown (6-8 minutes).
