- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 8 oz spaghetti (regular or whole wheat)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup pimientos or bell peppers, diced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions in olive oil until translucent; add garlic and cook until fragrant.
